Writing Process

When first given a topic for anything my first step is to think what could be the perfect thing to write about.I think of differnt ideas and I like to write a couple of them down on paper.Depending on what the topic is about I might use a personal experience related to what I am writing about. I sit in my room with the t.v on in the background and just start writing a little about each idea.It may not be the what I end up turning in but it helps me figure out how I want it to sound.Im more of a all over the place person when it comes to writing.I may start writing about one thing but end up not using it and change it all around.I like to stop in between my writing and just kind of relax because I always end up over thinking the work.After writing a little about every idea I start too look at read and use what sounds better.Once I am completly happy with my paper I re-write it.I re write just to make sure everything is spelled right and makes sense.I always seem to do the same thing each time I am given a essay.It's the easiest way for me to do it and get it done.

Why MVC?

It takes alot of courage and energy to decide to go back to school but even more to actually go back.When deciding the first thing I thought was what school has to have what I want major in. Since I'm still not quit sure what exactly what I want to do I had to find somewhere that had both.I always knew Mountain View was one of the closest schools to me which is good because traffic is not always the best.Once looking into it I realized I can go to MVC for my basics than transfer to El Centro for either degree I decide to go for.Registration was such a hassel but I'm glad if I do move schools I won't have to go through that again,its one less thing to have to worry about.

Why are you in college?

I seem to think there is always a story behind why someone does the things they do.A feeling, a thought, or maybe a emotion. Me, I'm here in college because later on in life wherever I am I want to be doing something I love. I've had my handful of jobs where I don't see myself being in 5 to 10 years. School is defintely not one of my favorite things but I keep going because I know its going to help me get to where I'm going. In the end I want to look back and know that all the hard work was for something. Life defintely does not stop so one has to keep moving forward with it as well.
